Welcome to the official training and certification portal for the Dental Patients Advocacy Alliance (DPAA).
In today’s healthcare landscape, patient trust is everything. DPAA certification distinguishes your practice as an elite provider dedicated to transparent communication, robust patient rights, and accessible care. By certifying your office, you don't just improve patient retention—you build a highly collaborative workplace culture that elevates standard clinical outcomes.
Why Become DPAA Certified?
Earning your certification signals to your community that your practice prioritizes patient-centered excellence. Certified offices report a noticeable increase in treatment acceptance and fewer administrative friction points.
-
Build Unshakable Trust: Display the official DPAA Certified Seal on your website and office doors.
-
Minimize Friction: Train your staff to navigate financial discussions and treatment co-diagnosis smoothly.
-
Boost Retention: Show patients that their voice, comfort, and informed consent are the foundation of your practice.
